PACKAGING
Photos and videos of the items, before and after packing, will be sent to the buyer.
For photocards, I use cartons and bubble wrap free of charge, but if the buyer wants additional protection, they can request for toploaders (w/ additional fee).
For albums and other items, I use cartons and bubble wrap. I may or may not charge pf for these, depending on the size of items and the resources I have. Nonetheless, I can assure safe packaging for your items. 💯PACKAGING FEE

I usually pack as soon as payment is made, then ship the items the next day.DELIVERY

NO unboxing video = NO refund
No refund shall be given if the buyer fails to send an unboxing video that has no cuts and no edits starting from the sealed couriers pouch. Refunds will be entertained only if the damage caused is on the seller’s behalf.CANCELLATION
As much as possible, cancellation of orders is not allowed, but if the buyer insist, 50% of their total shall be collected for the cancellation fee. Please be a responsible buyer and always be 1000% sure before claiming an item. Buyers that failed to pay the cancellation fee will be posted as joy reservers/bogus buyers.
